These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of DriveWize.io and general interactions with BDS Blueprint LLC d/b/a DriveWize ("DriveWize," "we," "us," or "our"). Additional written agreements may apply to paid concierge services. If a signed service agreement conflicts with these website Terms regarding a paid engagement, the signed service agreement controls for that engagement.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our website, submitting a form, scheduling a call, or using a DriveWize service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. What DriveWize Does
DriveWize provides buyer-side vehicle sourcing, deal review, negotiation support, vehicle acquisition concierge services, and related coordination. The exact scope of a paid engagement is described in the applicable service agreement or written service description.
3. What DriveWize Is Not
Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, DriveWize is not the selling dealership, vehicle owner, lender, insurer, manufacturer, repair facility, mechanical inspection company, transportation carrier, attorney, accountant, or tax advisor. Vehicle sales are completed with third-party sellers or dealerships, and financing is provided by third-party financial institutions.
4. No Guarantee of Outcome
DriveWize does not guarantee a particular vehicle will remain available, that a dealer will accept a proposed price, that you will save a specific amount, that financing will be approved, that a trade-in will receive a particular value, that an incentive will apply, or that a vehicle will be free of defects. Market conditions and third-party decisions can change without notice.
5. Deal Check
The complimentary Deal Check is an informational review based on the documents and facts you provide. It is not a vehicle inspection, legal opinion, tax opinion, financing commitment, appraisal, or guarantee that another seller will offer better terms. You remain responsible for reviewing and approving the final transaction.
6. Client Responsibilities
Provide complete and accurate information.
Review all vehicle details, disclosures, contracts, finance documents, warranties, and final numbers before signing.
Make the final decision whether to purchase, lease, finance, transport, inspect, or insure a vehicle.
Comply with applicable laws and seller/lender requirements.
Not provide DriveWize with information or documents you are not authorized to share.
7. Third-Party Dealers and Providers
DriveWize may communicate or coordinate with dealers, sellers, lenders, inspection companies, transport providers, and other third parties. Those parties are independent from DriveWize unless specifically disclosed otherwise. Their representations, contracts, warranties, services, delays, errors, omissions, and performance are their responsibility.
8. Vehicle Condition, History, and Inspection
Photos, listings, vehicle history reports, dealer statements, and third-party inspection reports may contain errors or omissions. DriveWize does not independently warrant a vehicle's condition, mileage, title status, prior damage, mechanical condition, authenticity, or suitability. Clients should use appropriate independent inspections and due diligence before purchase.
9. Fees, Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds
Fees for paid DriveWize services are disclosed before the engagement and may be governed by a separate Service Agreement and Payment & Cancellation Policy. Those documents control the payment, cancellation, and refund terms for the applicable paid service. Third-party charges such as inspections, transportation, dealer deposits, taxes, registration, financing, and vehicle purchase funds are separate unless expressly stated otherwise.
